| Is there a fee to join Rausch Creek Trailriders? |

Yes, the fees are listed on our Rates link. Be sure to see what fee applies to your specific needs. |
| Can I come up and ride for a day? |
|
No, Rausch Creek Trailriders is limited to members and their guests. No daily riding option is available, and there is no provision for "checking out the trails." The only exceptions to this rule are for accompanied guests of members and rental customers. |
Do I have to register to access the site? |
|
Registration is not required to view some areas of the Rausch Creek Trailriders site. However, many sections of the Rausch Creek Trail Riders site requires an account to gain access. Additionally, if you wish to post a new topic or reply to an existing topic - registration is required. You must be a current member of Rausch Creek Trailriders to register. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
The information you provide during registration is not outsourced or used for any advertising by Rausch Creek Trailriders

How do I see the forums, newsletters and web cam? |

In order to see any links on the RCTR Members navigation bar, you must be a member of Rausch Creek Trailriders and register on this web site. |
Do you rent motorcycles or ATVs? |

We don't, but Schuylkill Off Road Rentals does! |
How do I become a member? |
|
Joining Rausch Creek Trailriders (RCTR) is easy. You may stop in the Office and fill out the proper paperwork or follow the directions online. Please look at our Rates link to see what the prices are and also the Rules and Regulations. |
How do I get a campsite? |
|
In order to have a campsite, you must first be a Rausch Creek Trailriders (RCTR) member. Once you are a member, you will need to review and follow the campsite guidelines to get a campsite. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so you may have to wait until someone gives theirs up to get one. Please note, you must go through the RCTR Office to be approved for a campsite, you cannot buy a campsite from another member without proper authorization from the Office first. |
Is there camping available for new members or non-members? |

Primitive camping is available in two of our larger parking areas. You will need to make arrangements at the Office and check-in when you come in. You are permitted to build a campfire, but it must be extinguished completely before you leave your campsite area for any reason. Any fires left unattended will not be tolerated. |
How many acres does Rausch Creek Trailriders have to ride on? |

Rausch Creek Trailriders offers 8500 acres of land for its members and guests to enjoy. The area is widely known for its coal mining history and many riders come across coal mining ruins as they travel along our trails. |
What gear is required to ride? |
|
The required gear is a DOT or SNELL approved helmet and goggles. Approved helmets are full-faced or open-faced. Half-helmets are not permitted.
It is recommended that appropriate riding gear be worn for the best protection. Gloves, jersey, riding pants and riding boots are strongly recommended in addition to a chest protector and elbow and knee guards. You never regret having the added protection. |
Do you have Trail Guides? |

Rausch Creek Trailriders has volunteer Trail Guides who put together guided trail rides. If you would like to have a guided ride, please feel free to contact a Trail Guide at trailriders@rauschcreekracing.com to make arrangements. |
Is there a store or food on site? |
|
The Rausch Creek Trail Riders Office has food, drinks and snacks available for it's riders and guests. Stop in and check out the menu or get a quick snack. |
